Dr. Prahlad G. Menon is an AI consultant, data scientist, and academic who bridges the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world business impact. With a PhD from Carnegie Mellon University and over 100 peer-reviewed publications (1,628 citations, h-index 20), he brings deep technical expertise to every engagement.

His career spans leadership roles including Chief AI Officer at Techolution Consulting (a Google Cloud Premier Partner where he built the AI practice from zero to $2.5M/quarter), CTO of GuideAI Health, and senior data science leadership at Fortune 500 manufacturers, major health insurers, semiconductor companies, and rail technology firms. He has held faculty positions at six universities including Carnegie Mellon and the University of Pittsburgh, delivering AI solutions across healthcare, manufacturing, retail, finance, and government.

As founder of QuantMD and its AI Solutions Practice ThinkCreate.AI, Dr. Menon specializes in computer vision, NLP, generative AI, and healthcare AI — with particular depth in medical imaging analytics, where his work on cardiovascular flow simulation has been cited over 1,600 times globally.
